Luzianilla, as Luis Sanz calls his wife, Mari Luz. This wine keeps the best of the Dehesa de los Canónigos vines.
Its label is a watercolor by our friend Paco Somoza that reflects Mari Luz’s passion for roses.
A claret wine that recovers the origins of rosé in Ribera del Duero. In short, a tribute, a gift from the Sanz Cid family to our mother.
ELABORATION
It is made with Tempranillo and Albillo Mayor, from old vines, the percentage changes depending on the vintage.
After spontaneous alcoholic fermentation, it was aged in one-year-old French oak barrels for around 8 months.
